1. Shipping Providers: We partner with The Courier Guy and Pudo to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Both couriers are known for their reliable delivery services, whether you're ordering locally or across the country.

2. Shipping Time frames:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number to monitor the delivery status for all in stock items
  • **Kindly note that production times for custom orders are 7-14 working days plus delivery times**
  • Made to order items takes 7 to 14 working days production times and 1-5 working days for courier
  • Delivery Time:
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • Local Deliveries: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
    • National Deliveries: Depending on the destination, deliveries usually take 3-7 business days.
    • Rural or Remote Areas: Please note that deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are a flat rate at checkout based on the delivery address and weight of your order. For certain promotions, free shipping may apply—please check the details on our website or during checkout.

4. Delivery Options:

  • The Courier Guy: For fast, nationwide courier services, we use The Courier Guy. They offer door-to-door delivery, with an option for delivery to a local branch or collection point if preferred.
  • Pudo: We also offer delivery via Pudo, where your order can be sent to a convenient Pudo locker for easy self-collection at your convenience. Simply select the Pudo option during checkout if you'd like to pick up your package from a nearby locker.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order directly via the courier’s website or app.

6. Missing or Damaged Items: If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at safiya@thebabyempireltd.co.za. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

7. Delivery Issues: While we make every effort to ensure timely and accurate delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service, incorrect address information, or other external factors. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

8. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.
